A. Grassroots Counseling Services follows all guidelines, both legal and ethical, set forth by the American Psychological Association and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We will only share your information with your written permission.

Q. Are there any exceptions to confidentiality?

A. Yes, there are some exceptions. If there is any chance of harm to you or someone else or in cases of child or elder abuse, our staff is mandated to report certain information to the appropriate authorities. Please talk to your therapist if you need to know more about confidentiality.
